okay damn i didnt follow my plan again today

as when i look at those work i gave myself

and i feel like freaking out

i went down with my mum just now

i ate a whole packet of bread before and the apple drink

then went down to eat a bowl of noodle and drink milktea

so i am damn bloated now arggg
